Adds a July 6, 2026 changelog entry covering the new X Activity API private events and updated subscription limits.

Changes

• New entry announcing chat.received, chat.sent, dm.received, dm.sent, dm.read, dm.indicate_typing, and post.mention.create as private events.
• Updated subscription limits: Self-serve 1,500 · Enterprise 75,000 · Partner 150,000.
