This is huge update for Turftopic with quite a bit of new functionality:

Added primitives and documentation for how merging methods work and what they should be used for.
WikiAnalyzer
Added a new analyzer model that does not use generative language models, only retrieval and the WikiMedia API.
Distribution Learning
Added a distribution learner class that can learn topic distributions during batch fitting with uncertainty using Bayesian updating.
