AGENTS.mdto explicitly distinguish approved PuzlWerk ReScript-core ownership from the still unresolved shared TypeScript viewer package boundary.Canonical Cubistry #21 proposes a shared viewer; the PuzlWerk ecosystem boundary excludes viewers and Cubistry #60 assigns the current renderer to Cubistry. This PR does not decide that question. Keep existing renderers working; no migration before 2×2-MVP acceptance and separate M2/M3 owner approvals.
No runtime implementation, dependency change, merger, new Rust engine or package relocation. Documentation-only draft for independent review.
