move this documentation out of config-references, config-references are upgrade documentation that just points out breaking changes in the cofig, yours is a full blown super specific upgrade path for 5.5-5.25 which also includes multi-ingress

on another note
I like this, and we could make something more generic from this down the line, either into current placeholder structure (01-planning, 02-preparing...) or into Phases like you did in this document
we'll discuss it more and write up some tickets :)

for now, since this is a necessity, just move it out of config-refs and ill approve
