This PR fixes an unsafe window access issue in the mobile navigation sidebar (SidebarMobile.jsx.
Currently, the component executes a raw if (window.location !== undefined) during the render path. In Server-Side Rendering (SSR) environments (like when the docs are built on the Node.js backend), directly evaluating the window object throws a native ReferenceError.
I swapped these out for the standard isomorphic guard (typeof window !== 'undefined') to guarantee crash-free backend builds and eliminate unseen React hydration mismatches on mobile devices.
