Verification (full evidence on #420)

• ✅ Latest dev CI green — run 27460856895, 0381edb (five gates + showcase_rich e2e + replay regression run there).
• ✅ Local five gates green: ruff, ruff format, mypy (346 files), pyright (0 errors), pytest -m "not integration" (2112 passed).
• ✅ Legacy-frame byte-identical contract test + frontend eslint (0 errors) + demo-component vitest (153 passed).
• ✅ Branch diff is exactly the 2 intended files (752 insertions, 1 deletion).

Out of scope

API_CONTRACTS.md + RUNBOOKS.md (audited complete for E1–E6 — read-only); the dev→main release cut (separate stop-and-ask; release-please owns tagging).
