Remove the cooldown exemptions from bunfig.toml - #131

next 16.4.1, its @next/* packages, react and react-dom 19.3.1, and undici 7.30.1 and 8.12.2 are all past the 14-day window as of 2026-10-29 15:06 UTC. Remove the cooldown exemptions from
bunfig.toml. The exemptions let next 16.4.1, its@next/*packages, react and react-dom 19.3.1, and undici 7.30.1 and 8.12.2 install before they were 14 days old. All of these versions are now older than 14 days. An exemption applies to all future versions of its package, so it must not stay.bun.lockdoes not change.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
