MailStack 1.3.3 PHASE-005A qualification candidate. Implements the approved compact mailbox reader and live-navigation reliability boundary, preserves receive-only mail and existing security/data contracts, and includes qualification corrections.
Branch CI run 32148714022 passed all blocking gates on exact commit 1099c1c.
Published v1.3.1 remains the immutable official baseline until merge, main CI, tag, and release gates pass.
