If the web app is directly deployed to vercel, run it as a standalone app.

On Vercel, the React Router preset handles the server entry point.
The Express app export from server/app.ts is only needed for
self-hosting (node server.js). Without this, Vercel's serverless
function handler gets an Express app instead of the expected React
Router server build, causing FUNCTION_INVOCATION_FAILED.
