thanks @KonradBreitsprecherBkd, it's now more structured and I agree that you've commented out the part about vECU levels - the first sentence of the "choosing the right simulation mode" section summarized it nicely. I guess you can remove the commented-out part altogether. I made a few suggestions on styling.

does this sentence refer to the "fast bus" mode and the participant is blocked in "accurate mode"? Should we clarify this?

Yes only for the fastBus. Wording could be improved, "blocked by SIL Kit" sounds strange on the second read now.
