- Keyboard 'Готово' toolbar button to dismiss the keyboard (multiline link field couldn't be closed otherwise); applied on Extract, Add subscription, Settings, and subscription detail screens. - Settings now shows the notification authorization status and a button to request it / open iOS Settings, so it's clear whether alerts are enabled. - No icon changes. Bump to 1.0.4 (build 5).
