The lock entered git in 367d907 through a merge in an Archon worktree. It holds one session id and pid, and every session that takes or drops the lock leaves the tree dirty, which makes pnpm bump refuse to run. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The /cleanup alt now names its halts, the /triage alt the out-of-scope record, the /setup alt reads the tools in the discover step, and the /specs and /tickets alts open a PR only in open-pr mode.
