fix: correct muteActorList/unmuteActorList types and implementation

• Renames methods from muteMany/unmuteMany to muteList/unmuteList
• Corrects parameter types from string[] to single string (list URI)
• This aligns the implementation with the AT Protocol specification for app.bsky.graph.muteActorList and app.bsky.graph.unmuteActorList.
