OIDC trusted publishing is now configured on npm. Remove the
NODE_AUTH_TOKENsecret reference sinceid-token: write+NPM_CONFIG_PROVENANCE+ npm 11.6.4 handles auth via OIDC.The
NPM_TOKENsecret can be deleted from thenpm-publishenvironment.
