fix: align workflow flow and add animation

Summary

• Fix vertical alignment between dots and connecting lines
• Add looping sequential animation: each step lights up green with a glow, followed by its line, cycling through write → debug → fix → strip → merge on a 5s loop

Test plan

• pnpm docs:dev and check the workflow flow section
• Dots and lines are vertically aligned
• Animation loops smoothly through all 5 steps
