Summary

  • Remove npx @tanstack/intent install from user-facing install steps (it's not a user command)
  • Reframe as "tell your agent to run..." everywhere: READMEs, homepage, quickstart, skills docs, intro
  • Simplify homepage install to 2 steps: npm install + tell your agent
  • The command outputs a prompt that guides the agent to set up skill mappings — it's not a traditional installer

Test plan

  • pnpm docs:dev and check homepage install section
  • Check quickstart, skills, and intro docs pages
  • Verify no remaining references present it as a user-run command

The install command outputs a prompt for the agent to follow, not a
user-facing installer. Update all copy to say "tell your agent to run"
instead of presenting it as a manual step.
