This pull request adds validation to prevent saving or launching a challenge if any assigned AI workflow has been disabled. It introduces a new check in the
ChallengeEditorFormto fetch the current state of assigned AI workflows and block the action with an appropriate error message if any are disabled. The changes are covered by new tests to ensure correct behavior.getDisabledAiWorkflowForActionErrorfunction to check if any assigned AI workflow is disabled by fetching workflow data and comparing against reviewers' assignments.
