Linux CI 中，DaemonPool 的替换测试把固定 PID 4242 当作已退出进程，可能撞上 runner 的真实进程而误报失败。该用例现在先验证模拟 PID 不存活；粘贴消息测试也改为在已有的空闲队列锁内复制消息，避免后台追加消息时读取同一个 vector。
版本号更新为 1.0.16。v1.0.15 在发布前被全量测试拦截，没有发布 Release 或更新镜像，原标签保留。
验证：Windows Release 的 CLI、Desktop 和单测目标构建通过；28 项 DaemonPool / 粘贴消息回归通过，两项原失败用例各重复 50 次通过；文件大小、所有权 strict、OpenSpec strict 和 git diff --check 通过。Web 实现与已通过全量测试和构建的 PR #158 一致。
