将 ACECode 版本统一更新为 1.0.14，供已集成的浏览器、会话批量操作和工具详情等改进统一发布。功能集成见 #154。

发布前已完成 Windows 全量验收（6546 通过、12 跳过、0 失败）、Linux ctest（6481 项、0 失败）、3323 项 Web 测试及生产构建、66 项升级测试、原生浏览器冒烟和相关浏览器回归。九个平台的打包预检通过；正式标签 v1.0.14 从同步且干净的 master 创建。Cookie 菜单及平台行为的人工专项继续按 OpenSpec 记录待补验。
