I turn messy operational workflows into working AI systems. Fifteen years running the systems, integrations, and reporting that operations teams depend on; now building AI-enabled tools that operators actually adopt.
What I build
- intake-kit: turn vague automation requests into build-ready specs with guardrails. Guided intake, a Go or Don't Build gate per item, every requirement traced to the requester's own words.
- sql-xray: read-only scanner for SQL Server and SSRS estates. Finds duplicates, contradictions, dependencies, and risks, then produces a keep, consolidate, retire, or review list before a migration.
- The anti-fabrication layer behind PRAPI: a claim gate that blocks unverifiable numbers before anything publishes.
How I build
I direct coding agents (Claude Code). I own the spec, the guardrails, the testing, and the operational judgment. The agent writes most of the code; I decide what it is for and whether it is right.
Where I come from
Manhattan SCALE WMS, ERP integrations with Dynamics GP, AX, and Navision over EDI and XML, and the SQL Server and SSRS reporting on top. USMC veteran.
