* Fixed NativeLog retention logic inaccurate log cleanup issue to use the actual applied sequence number instead of quorum fallback values.
* Fixed prefix-range slice rebinding after mutable stream merge operations to ensure correct data access and stream consistency.
* Fixed excessive system log growth issue by reducing the default retention period for high-frequency metric logs.
* Fixed external table materialized view build timing issue by ensuring builds start only after schemas are fully ready.
* Fixed memory allocation failure handling issue by throwing bad_alloc exceptions instead of triggering null-pointer dereference crashes.
