feat(pstack): support GPT-6 role families - #9

Add Astra, GPT-6 Sol, and Luna as optional model families for setup-pstack. Keep upstream defaults intact and validate their provider routes and effort flags.

Add the astra, sol-6, and luna families to the lane guide, usage guide, reference, README, and fork-ownership list. Existing sheets and first-run defaults stay on codex:gpt-5.6-sol@max.

Why
setup-pstackrejects GPT-6 Astra, Sol, and Luna because its model matrices do not list them. Add them as optional Codex families so Architect and other roles can select them without changing existing assignments.Scope

Existing model sheets and default roles keep their current descriptors. Only roles that select a new GPT-6 family use the new rows.
