Update NPM documentation for the React UI rewrite in themepark-dev/theme.park#734. Document version compatibility, correct the startup-script mount path, and explain theme settings and container recreation.
Replace the old gallery with NPM 2.15.1 captures for all 11 official options, including the missing Maroon image. MkDocs builds successfully with existing configuration warnings; the rendered NPM page and all gallery images were checked in Chromium.
Publish alongside the theme rewrite so the documented compatibility matches the hosted CSS.
Organizr gallery comparison. The previous image shows the legacy UI; its exact NPM version is unknown. The replacement shows NPM 2.15.1.
