Motivation

Six months of soft-launched work since 4.0 (context APIs, experimental entry point, allSettled(), using(), faster runtime, leaner npm package) need a single announcement to land the 4.1 release.

Approach

Draft a blog post at www/blog/2026-07-09-announcing-effection-4-1/ that mirrors the shape of the 3.0 and 4.0 announcements: brief opening callback to 4.0 → feature tour bullets → per-feature sections with code examples → what's next → get started. Structured skeleton first; prose gets filled in on this branch. CodSpeed numbers pulled from the dashboard are already baked into the perf section (~5.5× on effection.recursion, ~27% on effection.events).

Draft — not ready for review yet.
