docs: re-encode demo gif at higher resolution - #98

Source recording is 1500x750; the published gif had been downscaled to 680x340 at 6fps, which read soft once displayed at 760px in the Quickstart section. Re-encoded from the same .webm at 900x450, 8fps, two-pass palette (palettegen/paletteuse, sierra2_4a dither) for a noticeably sharper result. Same content, same length (~34s).
