docs: static banner in hero, move demo gif into Quickstart - #95

The animated gif in the hero slowed the first paint and duplicated what Quickstart already walks through. Swap the hero for the static banner (loads instantly, on-brand) and move the actual before/after demo down into Quickstart as step 3, where the reader is already following along and the proof lands right after the setup steps.
