The changes in this PR update jupyterlab in nightly_test_constraints.txt and test_constraints.txt.
The CI build checks encountered infrastructure errors during wheel building and unit test execution:
build cp310 on ubuntu,build cp311 on ubuntu,build cp312 on ubuntu: Failed during wheel build setup due to runner cache service unavailability.tfx-unit-tests: Several test matrix jobs were cancelled/interrupted due to runner cache validation issues.
The proposed version bump is technically sound. Please trigger a rebase or CI re-run by commenting @dependabot rebase to allow the test suite to pass on fresh runners.
