The opening previously asked visitors to put agents to work, even though the audience already uses them. It now leads with “Own the path to production” and explains GroundControl as agent-assisted deployment, end to end, on infrastructure the operator owns. Homepage labels, metadata, the footer, README and the social preview share that positioning.
The dark homepage adds a word-by-word scroll reveal with a source-to-verification line, staggered headline entrance and small CTA interactions. Motion uses the existing styling and a small isolated client component. Text is fully available without JavaScript; reduced-motion changes are respected at runtime, and increased-contrast modes show the full passage.
Validation: lint, TypeScript, 13 tests and production build passed. Browser checks at desktop and 390px verified progressive text opacity, full reveal, no horizontal overflow and the generated 1200×630 social card. Physical-device and OS-level reduced-motion checks are not included. This PR changes only the public site.
