The site made GroundControl read like a ChatGPT-specific product, while the field notes mixed the deployment story with unrelated distribution details and repeated defensive qualifications.
General product copy, navigation, checklists and tour guidance now refer to software agents and compatible MCP clients. The agent guide starts with the common endpoint and OAuth requirements, then preserves the tested ChatGPT setup as a concrete example. ChatGPT remains named where it describes the actual captured interaction.
The article is rewritten around discovery, scoped access, the merge-triggered deployment and the agent's inspection of its result. Its title and new URL describe open-source agentic deployment with OAuth and MCP. A permanent redirect preserves the former article URL. Build/image provenance details remain available in the linked evidence guide. Homepage self-commentary and audit-style wording are removed.
Validation: lint, regenerated Next route types, TypeScript, nine tests and production build passed. The previous journey revision was inspected on the live site: product screenshots loaded, tour navigation worked, both post-install paths retained independent checkmarks, guide search worked and no horizontal document overflow was found at 1363 CSS pixels. This revision changes editorial content without changing the reviewed layout. The new article route and redirect will be checked after deployment. Actual phone testing remains unverified.
