Adds YYLO to the Agent Orchestration table. YYLO is a command-line orchestrator for coding agents: each task runs in a dedicated branch/worktree with typed task, validation, merge, and release-readiness boundaries, and a merge queue owns risk-based review.

YYLO orchestrates coding-agent runtimes (Pi and Codex subagents today) across parallel git worktrees, with a controller owning Kanban/task state and a merge queue that routes risk-based review (zero/one/two reviewers by risk class) on one frozen candidate. MIT-licensed, installable via
