What

Adds Vicoa (source) in two places:

• Open Source Tools table, alongside other self-hostable stacks like OpenHands and Cloudflare VibeSDK
• AI Code Editors → Full IDEs table, alongside Cursor, Zed, and BuilderStudio

About the project

Vicoa is an open-source, self-hostable agentic IDE and AI orchestrator for running a team of coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, Gemini, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Kimi, Hermes, and more) from desktop, web, or mobile, with real-time sync, parallel git worktrees, and push notifications.

It's a young project (~30 stars) but functional and actively developed, flagging that upfront in case size/maturity matters for inclusion. This is a single PR against one list, not part of a mass cross-list submission.
