…s (0.110.0) Fleet-wide usage audit (45 internal consumer repos; all consumers are internal, so removal is safe): 15 subpath exports had zero importers. Deleted outright (no internal or external users): diagnose, telemetry (+telemetry/file), prime, groundedness, workflow, governance, perf - sources, root re-exports, tsup entries, and their orphaned tests. Subpath exports removed but sources kept (live internal users): prm (rl training export), testing (test helpers), adapters/* (re-exported by analyst), knowledge (supervisor-lab uses scoreKnowledgeReadiness via root), product-benchmark (tax-agent uses exportProductBenchmark via root). Gate script updated to match the new export map. 269 files / 2733 tests pass; build clean.
