release: freeRASP 5.3.0 (Android SDK 19.3.1)

Android SDK 19.3.1 with app.talsec.plugin applied by freeRASP itself in host mode (talsec { hostAppIdentity = true }), so integrators don't add anything to their app.

• Plugin licenses the host app's applicationId/versionName and only warns if the license backend is unreachable
• Example app no longer applies the plugin
• Fixes the Expo config plugin crashing when added to app.json without options
• Plugin version 1.1.0 is pinned with a TODO until it is published
