Description

  • Adds an opt-in funded Arbitrum One fork and controlled EIP-7702 provider with real contract execution, receipt evidence and lost-response controls. Install helpers add the services to an existing test project and select matching Android bindings and native libraries from the reviewed Core commit.
  • The review stack's test environment runs this change; the test run that needs it is reported in a comment here.
  • Checked: Built the provider and ran its independent smoke check against a fresh Arbitrum fork. The check returned ready=true, fundedUSDT=1000, zeroAccountETH=true, bundledTransfers=2, lostResponseMinedOnce=true and receiptsAvailable=true. The same checks passed after a provider restart. Applied the committed source and proved the rendered installation at a 1000-port offset. A replacement chain was refused with HTTP 400 after it became healthy. Four artifact validation checks passed; the exact-head Android helper downloaded artifact 11758311650 from successful run 38267888594 for 98bf9c666a9342fb498cc99

Out of Scope

  • Mobile acceptance, app caller integration and QA item execution.
  • Production bundler pricing, remote paymaster policy and cross-network delivery.

Closing: #25 (merged) already provides this through its usdt profile: a pinned Arbitrum fork with Alto and a paymaster, test funding, held-inclusion and failure controls, and recovery against real execution. This draft was opened while #25 was still unmerged and was not taken into account.
