Documentation(856184): Fixed the following issues in the Blazor Avatar Getting Started UG documentation:

• Added the missing Blazor Server App Getting Started page (getting-started-with-server-app.md) and the corresponding entry in blazor-toc.html to match the Web App and WASM App pages.
• Updated the See also sections in all three Getting Started pages to include the Blazor Web App, Blazor Server App, and Blazor WebAssembly App links.
