The Ubuntu 26.04 jobs are running on the hosted image. Added its exact label to actionlint configuration; actionlint and the completed lint checks now pass. The branch includes current master without conflicts. The remaining Maven checks must pass before Renovate merges.

Synced this branch with master and added .github/actionlint.yaml to recognize the Ubuntu 26.04 image already used by these jobs. Local actionlint and the GitHub actionlint check pass. Approval is in place; Renovate automerge remains configured to merge once every check passes.
