P2 Badge Restore the unmodified Apache-2.0 license text

The bracketed line is part of the Apache-2.0 appendix's example header: the preceding paragraph instructs users to replace those fields when attaching the boilerplate to a work, not in the license copy itself. Making this replacement in all five LICENSE files means the repository and published distributions no longer carry the canonical Apache-2.0 text despite declaring Apache-2.0, which can cause exact-text compliance or license-scanning failures. Keep the placeholder in each license and put the project-specific copyright in NOTICE (where it already appears) or in source-file headers.
