The welcome panel advertises
ultracode, but only/ultraloopwas registered. Its bare command reported an off state without showing how to enable it, argument completion was missing, and session status disappeared in the common 80-column layout.This makes
/ultracodethe discoverable entry and keeps/ultraloopas an exact alias over the same state. Both completeon,off,status, andhelp; bare/help shows usage without starting a provider call. The slash menu prioritizes the registered entry, the welcome tip follows actual capability availability, and the existing status projection stays visible at 80/120 columns without duplication.Model-facing guidance distinguishes capability information from authorization and reports current-mode and active-tool information. Restricted tool profiles are described accurately: a session switch does not expand tool access, and
find_toolsis not an activator. This uses a custom message, preserving normal system-prompt refresh when tools change. CLI help and documentation use the same entry paths, and obsoleteSTEP_ENABLE_WORKFLOWreferences are removed from workflow guidance.Validation: 336 affected offline tests pass on the internal base and 337 on the public base, including real AgentSession command dispatch, fresh off-state guidance, restricted profiles, dynamic prompt refresh, CLI help, and responsive UI rendering.
npm run checkpasses. Existing workflow consent, budgets, cancellation, and replay checks remain green. No live provider calls were made.
