This PR updates SEP-0045 to handle archived contract instances in the web authentication flow. The key change allows for restoration of the SEP-45 contract instance during client-side verification of the ledger footprint.

This allows restoration of the SEP-45 contract instance in the client-side verification of the ledger footprint. The example authorization entries are also updated to use the new
SorobanAuthorizationEntriesXDR.
