Pull request overview
This PR improves maintainability of the glossary source by reordering entries so the plaintext ordering matches the alphabetized order that Docusaurus renders, reducing the chance of missed/duplicate terms during edits.
Changes:
- Moved “Mainnet or Pubnet” to the correct alphabetical location.
- Moved “Sequence number” and “Stellar RPC” to their correct alphabetical locations.
- Moved “XLM (lumens)” to the end of the glossary where it belongs alphabetically.

When the Glossary page renders, Docusaurus automatically lists the entries alphabetically. However, the plaintext is not alphabetical, and it makes it easy to get lost or even create duplicate entries like in #2405 (comment)
This PR alphabetizes the entries.
