Updated SwiftLint to latest version 0.54.0.
Summary of Problem:
SwiftLint 0.54.0 updates its
IPHONEOS_DEPLOYMENT_TARGETfrom 8.0 to 11.0. iOS 11.0 is now the minimum required version to build using Xcode 15.2. This fixed my carthage build issues when rebuilding this framework with Xcode 15.2.Proposed Solution:
