Description of the Problem
For some blueprint layouts it's undesirable for hidden fields to collapse the whitespace. For example here if "Appears on Page" disappears the Text Field Test field will be pulled up to the row above

Gives users the ability to opt in to the field disappearing rather than collapsing, like this:
