This reverts commit e426bc3.
Previous attempt failed because opm couldn't auth to quay.io (credsStore: desktop vs containers auth.json mismatch). Fixed by syncing Docker Desktop keychain credential to containers auth.json. Signed-off-by: Saif Chaudhry <schaudhr@redhat.com>
