MinIO no longer has images available. Note: Garage doesn't natively support TLS, and therefore needs a sidecar proxy to handle that (we could explore using tlsproxy, but nginx was a known quantity).

We basically decided that Garage is the way forwarding during the on-site. |

This might need a docs (getting started, guide, tutorial) update.
We also need to decide if Garage is what we will use.
