Adds a short Debugging chapter to the servlet reference that covers enabling Spring Security logging, enabling security debug mode, permitting error handling (including Boot's /error endpoint and ERROR dispatches), and interpreting common log messages.
The guide cross-references existing material where appropriate and uses log messages from the current codebase.
Closes gh-18138
