Summary

• Upgrade the guide factory from Kit 0.1.98 to the latest stable release, 0.1.130.
• Update the image tag, Dockerfile default, Factory CI build arguments, and pin assertions.
• Verify the Linux release archive against the published SHA256: 232bbbf2958e9b83aba352ecfc7195768868f630cbf5fcdcdeb45b2ed12f5ecd.

Related to #203. This is only a version upgrade; it does not fix the separately identified diagnostic-file permissions issue or change linter handling. No live guide run or issue retry was performed.

Validation

• Linux amd64 Docker image built successfully and reports kit 0.1.130.
• Prompt CLI smoke check confirms all flags used by the factory remain available.
• Container, coordinator, and diagnostics test suites passed.
• Factory CI workflow lint and git diff --check passed.
• Independent review found no issues.

Full live model execution and its runtime-event stream have not been exercised.
