feat(dash-apps): battery widget and a border for every widget - #250

Conversation
New `battery` widget: an icon whose fill follows the signal and turns amber at 20 % and red at 10 %, for the car or the phone battery. Every widget can now have a border, set from its settings with an on/off switch, a color and a 1-6 px width. It is stored on the item as `border`, outside `props`, so older layouts and app versions ignore it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
