This PR removes the TypeGPU docs’ local Privacy Policy page/content so that the site relies on Software Mansion’s global privacy policy instead.

- Deleted the local privacy policy route (
src/pages/privacy.astro) - Deleted the local privacy policy MDX content (
src/content/privacy.mdx) - Updated ShaderHunt signup consent text links to point at
https://swmansion.com/privacy
