Allow type 6 and 7 HTML blocks to retain blank lines when their content establishes and preserves indentation.
The behavior is opt-in through
CMARK_OPT_HTML_BLOCK_BLANK_LINES(or--html-block-blank-lines). A dedent after a blank line closes the HTML block, so ordinary Markdown resumes without requiring HTML tag matching.The default CommonMark behavior is unchanged. Tests cover default parsing, tabs and spaces, an initially blank body, deeper indentation, dedents, unindented content, and custom elements.
