README: point the documentation links at smartobjectoriented.github.io - #49

The repository moved from the edgemtech organisation to smartobjectoriented, and GitHub Pages does not follow a transfer: the site is now published at smartobjectoriented.github.io/infrabase, and every edgemtech.github.io/infrabase link in the README answered 404. The four links (index, user guide, development flow, coding conventions) now point at the published site; each one answers 200.

The four Sphinx links in the README point to
edgemtech.github.io/infrabase, which answers 404. The repository moved to the smartobjectoriented organisation and GitHub Pages does not follow a transfer, so the site is now published atsmartobjectoriented.github.io/infrabase(Pages source:gh-pages, built by the Docs workflow). All four links now point there, and each one answers 200.
